BugNET is distributed in two different packages:
Install Package - Contains only the files needed for deployment to a webserver
Source Package - Contains everything, including full application source code
Use the Install Package if you just want to upload the minimal required files to a live (remote) webserver.
Use the Source Package if you are a web developer who wishes to extend or customize the BugNET issue tracking application.
