Why do you use BugNET ...or not?

Just a general question, but for what reasons are you using BugNET over the numerous other issue tracking systems out there, or not using it?

My major reason we use BugNet is because it is open-source and we can do modifications if we like.

Reasons why we chose it over other systems:
1. Small, easy to deploy.
2. Good GUI.
3. Attachments
4. Comments (even on closed calls)
5. Flexible Security Levels
6. Multiple Projects
7. It uses MS-SQL Server.

The key features for us are:
1. Email Notifications.
2. Clean and intuitive interface.
3. Export to Excel.
4. Easy to use for basic users.
5. Issuing of a reference number immediately to our clients.
6. Flexible category and version system. Certain project in our BugNET are not development projects or even IT related at all.
