Re: Integration with Visual Studio

Since I don't have team edition (I only have standard) I have only been able to test against standard.  I will have to do some reading to see if the process for registering the package is different under team edition.  I wonder if they have a virtual pc image of team edition available for trial.  I will see what I can find.

Re: Integration with Visual Studio

emigrating,

Are you using the installer posted in the SF downloads page for the project or are you building for source code?

Re: Integration with Visual Studio

I was using the full installer. Tried uninstall/reinstall several times and it just doesn't register properly (keep getting the same error message when closing VS). Haven't had time to look into it in detail, but could of course be a problem with my VS install also.

Re: Integration with Visual Studio

I've done a bunch of work to the vspackage since the alpha 1 release and have now released alpha 2.  This release adds support for VS 2005 and hopefully will fix the problem you are having.  I have tested with a clean install of VS2008 Standard and VS2005 Standard.  Please try this latest release and let me know if you are still having problems.
