Server Error in '/' Application

I try to install bugnet (in Win2003 server + SQL2000 enterprise) and i get this error. How can i fix this?

You need to install and configure the virtual directory to use the .net 2.0 framework.

Im have the same problem as the first error but i cannot change the ASP.NET verison to 2.0. is there somthing else i have to change besides the IIS ASP settings??? it always comes up version 1.1
