BugNet Error Logging

Here's an idea for error logging --> ELMAH. Incorporating into the project is as easy as copying the assembly to the bin folder and adding a few lines in the web.config. It reports error via email and logs them to a database as an HttpModule. You can view the error log with its HttpModule.

This would solve BGN-289 and kinda sorta BGN-223. I've used ELMAH for over a year on four live web apps, I love it.
