Feature Request: Tweaking Issue List Filter

In the Issue List screen the Component and Type drop downs have an "All Components" and "All Types" element, respectively.

However Assigned User, Version, Priority and Resolution do not have this "All" element. They do have a "-- Select Version --" element which does act like an "All" item.

Perhaps there should be an "All" in every drop down, or none of the drop downs for UI consistency sake.
