BugNET_WAP.csproj Project Type not Supported
When I try to open the project's solution file, I get a message that BugNET_WAP.csproj can't be opened because the project type isn't supported.

I have installed both VS80-KB915364-X86-ENU.exe and WebApplicationProjectSetup.msi. Creating a new project via File->New->Project->Visual C#->Web gives me the choice to create an 'ASP.NET Web Application'. So it looks like I've got the Web Application Project support correctly installed.

I've also gotten the latest source via SVN.

Is the project file broken or is there something wrong w/ my VS 2005 installation?

Thanks,

-k

kharr0,

I had the same problem. Basically you need to install the MSBuild Community Tasks. After you do you should be able to open the solution. You can get them here http://msbuildtasks.tigris.org/.

Dave also has the build process documented HERE for your reference.

Just what the doctor ordered. Thanks!

I read the build docs, but for some reason I was thinking the MSBuild stuff was optional.
