Feature Request : Issue emails

Is it possible to setup a user to receive an email whenever a new issue is added to a project?

I am over seeing four projects at the moment and I am neither the user creating the issue or the user that the issue is assigned too. I am however the project administrator and would like notification whenever a new issue is reported so that I can be sure only valid issues are given the time of day.

I also noticed in another post that global reports have been requested. Would it be possible to have a timesheet report so I can see what each member of my team has been doing each day, this may go across projects as the resources are working on each of the open projects.

Loving the project by the way. The last release was a massive step forward, well done to all involved.

If you set yourself as the project manager you will receive notifications for all added issues.

The only other way is to self subscribe through the notifications tab on the issue detail page.

Hello Davin.

I'm testing the latest version and it seems that the project manager doesn't receive any notification when a new issue is created....

Is there an hidden parameter somewhere ???

I was mistaken, the project manager will be automatically added to the change notifications list for an issue but does not receive an email when it is created.
