Love the product! Just implemented at company I work. Couple of quick things (sorry if some of these are repeats or already resolved)
1. Be nice to be able to create new issue from any page like New Issue: Drop Down Of Available Projects
2. Can't add due date to new issue so you have create and then edit
3. An auto suggest text box or modal look up would be nice for related issues
4. Configuration Setting for how many results to display in grids on my issues page
5. Since most people using this can't afford Team Server and many are using Subversion... perhaps some Subversion Hooks
6. On that note maybe a subversion wiki Sharp Forge has some neat ideas (another task tracking thing )
7. Sub Projects or moving on issues: When I first set up BugNet I created 3 seperate projects, Public Site, Admin Site, and the unified BLL/DAL projected. I thought this would work and started playing around. The problem I ran into was that I was hoping to be able to create an issue in the BLL that was causing conflict with Admin site and that when the BLL issue was resolved be able to reassign the issue to the Admin Site Project. Instead I ended up redoing the configuration to have a crazy Category List that Allowed them to be reassigned that way.
I was hoping to be able to have the seperate projects with different managers in charge of each project. So each would be responsible for their road map etc.
8. A neat feature would be to be able to flag an issue as the bottleneck to another issue being resolved so that project managers can more easily track the cause or solution to a problem
9. I know this isn't Microsoft Project and I have no idea if this is possible... and I'm sure this not the place to have this, but perhaps a way to view the critical path of and its obstruction on a timeline. So that if something is marked critical but is also marked as being held up by another task that that if you viewed the roadmap/timeline the both tasks would show up....
Sorry if most of these have already been discussed. Any chance of some of them being implemented?
Thanks For the Great Product Guys!
