Feature Request: allow all users to submit issues

I really would like the ability for all users who register to submit issues to the project. Would this be possible?

Hi,

A good feature request indeed. I have sort of captured this feature request with another issue here.

The idea behind this is to allow an admin to say that all users that register in the application will be assigned to "RoleA". This could be a reporter role of a project or administrator etc. Because there can be X amount of projects, this provides the most flexible approach to handling auto reporting rights which can be configured per project.
