The application log is empty.  How do I enable application logging?

Logging is enabled by default, you can double check the logging.config file to make sure the connection string is correct though.

When I restarted the  application, logging started working.

I like the log file.  It would be good to show the time in addition to the date of each log entry.  FWIW.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will make that change for the next version.
