Can not create new issue

I am trying to create a new issue on http://support.bugnetproject.com/ and I don't see that as a option anywhere. Going to http://support.bugnetproject.com/Bugs/AddBug.aspx?pid=1 gives me an access denied error. I did register myself as a user on that project. Any ideas?

You should ask David to give you the correct permissions to post issues,
when you register, you can only see the bugs
