How to change a bug's description?

I couldn't find a way to modify a bug's description once it's created. Does the feature exist?

Simply hit the pencil icon next to the "description title" in the green bar and you should be able to chance the description

Please note that you need rights to be able to edit the description or details of an issue.

On the main bugnet support system for this site (http://support.bugnetproject.com) the default registered users do not have rights to change an issue (even if it is theirs) after they click SUBMIT.
