Users can not edit issues any more

We got a little problem in out company with BugNET:
Sometimes when we create a new user and give him the proper roles, he still can not create or edit issues.
While this problem only seemed to be temporary we now got a REALLY annoying problem:

Yesterday we accidentally deleted one of our projects in BugNET, so we had to import a backup from the day before. (Please don't place a project delete button just below a category delete button. ^^) Out project is here again, but no one can edit or create issues in this project. Does anyone know what could be wrong or how we can resolve this problem?

Ok problem solved. After we restarted our server machine, everything was fine again.
